Photographers

Given numerous request, it is not possible to get press credential as an amateur photographer.

The press accreditation is only reserved for media representatives. It is issued by the media office to the journalists holders of a press card and who can present a mandate to cover the event by an editorial office. After your request validation, you will receive a confirmation by email, including the place, time and date to pick up your accreditation. No document will be sent by post.

Please note that the deadline for an accreditation request is Monday, 12 April 2010

Conditions :

Peter Auto, Tour Auto Optic 2ooo's Organiser, grants a credential for the related period (20 to 25 April 2009), provided its beneficiary agrees to accept the hereunder conditions.

  1. The credential beneficiary, is aware of the risks linked to motor racing danger and fully accepts them. Furthermore, the credential holder accepts the fact that some particular zones, i.e. the pit lane, pit garages, paddock, track and places neighbouring the track, as well as all around the roads closed in the view of the special stage, represent much higher risks anybody staying there during the stage. The holder undertakes to subscribe the relevant insurance contract necessary to cover the incurred risks such as loss, damages or injures related to the event.
  2. The credential delivered by Peter Auto is for its beneficiary's use only and can in no way be transferred temporarily or definitively, free of charge or sold.
  3. Any person whose presence is stated in a listed place without the relevant permit will immediately be excluded. The same is true for a pass holder staying in a zone not included in his/her credential, leading to the cancellation of his/her pass. Should this happen, Peter Auto reserves the right to take the pass back and keep it.
  4. The present credential is delivered in the view of information related to the event diffusion, excluding any commercial use of the services supplied in the frame of the sporting event, save Peter Auto's, prior and in writing, agreement.
  5. Each quotation of the "Tour Auto Optic 2ooo" shall be in accordance of the event spelling and full name.
